We are a rapidly growing Real Estate Photography company that is now expanding into several major metropolitan areas and we are now looking for dynamic self-starters. No photography experience is necessary! We train new photographers with no experience to become skilled professionals very quickly using our proprietary methods.

This is an assisted self-employment opportunity.

 

Requirements

You must;

• be at least 18 years of age

• be able to walk for 30 minutes without discomfort 

• have 20/20 vision (corrected or non-corrected)

• have a method of transportation for your local area

• be a legal resident

• be able to work alone 

• be punctual and reliable

• feel comfortable in social and professional situations

• have income or savings to cover four months of living expenses

 

Setup:

   You will create or utilize your own small business as a photographer, and we will supply you with real estate photography jobs in your area. We provide all necessary training for photography, videography, staging, client interaction, and marketing. This training is provided at no charge in exchange for a strict two-year no-compete agreement, prohibiting the solicitation of our clients. Training sessions are via Zoom and last around two hours per day for three to five days. You will need to acquire the minimum standard equipment before training begins, and this equipment must meet our standards for quality and functionality. You will find a list of recommended equipment below.  You must also carry general liability insurance once you start taking jobs (recommended provider below).

  

    We handle all of the client interactions as far as sales (client-initiated phone, email), scheduling, questions, and pricing. We will also provide all image/video processing and delivery. Finally, we will handle all of the billing and collections. 

 

Compensation:

    You will receive a payment of 55% of the gross invoiced amount generated by your services during that two-week period. From time to time there may be additional payments added for mileage, some types of video work, etc. 

 

   Your bi-weekly payments will be sent electronically via Square direct deposit. You will receive a 1099 tax form each year and be responsible for your own taxes.

   

    Although this is an existing market for us, the success of your market will partially depend on the health of the real estate market in general, your efforts in marketing, and your interaction with clients.

 

Scheduling:

    You will be in control of your schedule by updating a shared Google calendar. We will schedule your photo appointments when you are available. There are no set or minimum required hours, but we appreciate your flexibility when we are booking on your behalf.

1. DSLR or Mirrorless camera (APS-C or Full Frame)

2. Wide-angle Lens with a minimum 100° FOV (10mm APS-C or 14mm Full Frame)

3. Photo tripod with a ball-type head and level

4. TTL hot-shoe flash

5. Remote shutter release 

6. Ricoh Theta 360° Camera

7. DJI Mavic or similar drone (computer-controlled and GPS activated)

8. Phone mount for your tripod

9. Wide-angle lens for your phone (if not equipped)

 

Recommended Additional Equipment:

1. Gimbal for video
